The day is done, and
the darkness falls from the wings of night, as a feather is
wafted downward from an eagle in his flight.
This website is dedicated to my late wife
Pauline, who died March 8, 1996 of colon cancer.
As the years pass by I consider myself blessed to have known her. I first
met Pauline in 1979; Harding Carpets, she was in the foreman's office (she had just started and was learning
of her duties) I made an excuse to interrupt the meeting just to get a better look. I fell in
love with her, married her and together we raised our son Ryan. She was a remarkable woman,
a wonderful wife, partner and mother. She was my first true love and I suppose my last. The world was certainly a better
place with her in it, I'm sorry that God had other plans. her one wish was to not be forgotten.
I understand now that could never happen as our son lives on as a testament to our love. As was his
mother, he is a remarkable, a man of character, honor and just a little bit goofy (I know where that comes from).
He is the apple of both our eyes.
Not a day goes by that I don't miss
you....
You will
never be forgotten, but always admired, cherished and loved.
